Refrigerated Transport System

Cool Dolly Unit

  • External Dimensions are as 3657Lx3048Wx2743H in mm or 144Lx120Wx108H in inches or 12Lx10Wx9H in feet
  • Panel thickness of 100 mm with Stainless Steel structure and Internal Skin is Special grade Stainless Steel and External Skin is PPGI Sheet
  • Provision & Fitment of remote operated electric driven roll up freeze door/ manual double door on rear side only. Emergency Mechanical arrangement for opening/closing.
  • Adequate reinforcement will be provided
  • Stoppers will be provided on the floor to arrest the movement of pallets during transportation.
  • The side walls of dolly unit will have a protective guide rails to avoid direct hit by the cargo pallet.

Pallet Dolly Unit

Pallet Dolly Unit manufactured as per IATA norms to carry pallet 125x96, 125x88, 108x88, 2xLD1, 2xLD3, 1xLD4, AKE with 7000 kgs of payload.

Load Bed

  • Ball Transfer unit/Rollers (as preferred) are on pallet bed which are heavy duty.

Steering

  • Controlled by the front swivel casters.

Brakes

  • Parking brakes operate on the periphery of the rear wheels and are of the pram brake type, operating on all rear wheels. They are actuated by the tow bar being latched in the vertical position.

Standard Couplings

  • The Towbar - has a towing-eye with 75mm diameter hole, the ring-section of the eye is 30mm diameter. A grip-handle is provided on top of the towbar. Towbar is spring damped to remain at towing height level.

Standard Finish

  • All the steel parts are hot dip galvanized and painted with Polyurethane Painting
  • High-Visibility markings on surround-frame corners and both sides of towbar.

  • Supply & Integration of Oasis 250/350 Refrigeration System
    (Make: Carrier Transicold)
  • Power Supply 440V, 3 phase
  • Internal Temp maintenance -15oC to 24oC

Power System:

  • 230V AC supply port with connectors/sockets industrial grade 20 mtrs Power cable with cable drum.
  • Battery bank and diesel tank 25 ltrs with indicator will be provided

Safety :

Red Color reflectors on all sides of Dolly, 3 each side & 2 each on rear side, located in a place where to unit is supplied with 5 kgs Fire Extinguisher

Control & Data Logging:

Supply & Integration of Data Logger and will fitted inside the cool dolly unit

Marking & Painting :

  • Marking and safety hazards labels/name plates will be provided as per International norms.
  • Polyurethane Painting for the pallet, colour code as per customers requirement.

Documentation:

  • Operation Manual and User's Guide will be supplied.
